Ann Knutson

Ann Knutson is the SVP of Human Resources and Organizational Development at Summit Credit Union. Ann has over 20 years of experience in the Human Resources field. Ann has worked as an HR Manager and Consultant for American Family Insurance and Bank Five Nine. Ann has also been an instructor at Waukesha County Technical College, where they taught courses on Human Resources and Talent Development. Ann is a highly skilled and knowledgeable professional who is dedicated to their work.

Ann Knutson has a Master of Science in Management from Cardinal Stritch University, a Bachelor of Science in Marketing with a Minor in Psychology from the University of Wisconsin-LaCrosse, and has also attended the Graduate School of Banking.

They are on a team with Rebecca Gerothanas - Chief Operations Officer, Chris Hefter - Chief Information Officer, and Keith Peterson - Chief Financial Officer. Ann Knutson reports to Kim Sponem, CEO & President.
