Brendan Wiley

Brendan Wiley, MBA, has a diverse work experience spanning several roles. Brendan began their career at Eaton Corporation as a Leadership Development Program participant from January 2010 to January 2011. Brendan then worked as a Technical Sales Engineer from January 2011 to December 2012. In December 2012, they joined Summit Electric Supply as an Account Manager, where they managed multiple accounts and negotiated pricing agreements. Brendan quickly advanced through the ranks, becoming the Manager of Projects Groups in November 2013. In this role, they oversaw gear, lighting quotations, and project management teams across multiple service centers. In December 2016, they transitioned to the role of Branch Operations Manager, responsible for overseeing branch operations and personnel. Brendan'sleadership skills and ability to cultivate high-performing teams earned him a promotion to District Operations Director of North Texas in September 2018. In this role, they directed district operations, managing sales locations and a distribution center. In October 2020, they were assigned by executive leadership to develop and launch the Services & Solutions department as the Operations Director. Brendan'sfocus is on supporting customers' business needs and delivering differentiated services and solutions.

Brendan Wiley holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Supply Chain Management from The University of Texas at Dallas, which they obtained from 2015 to 2018. Prior to their MBA, they completed a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Industrial Distribution at Texas A&M University. In addition to their academic qualifications, Brendan has obtained several certifications including the Foundation Challenge Winner from Capsim Management Simulations, Inc. in 2018, the NAED (National Association of Electrical Distributors) - EPEC Bronze, Silver, and Gold from the National Association of Electrical Distributors (NAED) in 2013, and the Eaton Certified Electrical Drive Specialist from Eaton in 2012.
