Paul Gear

Paul Gear is an experienced professional in sales and client development, currently serving as Client Development Manager at Summit Energy since December 2010, where responsibilities include developing new commercial and industrial segments for energy sourcing in Central Texas. Previously, Paul held various leadership roles, including Regional Sales Manager at Dutchmen Manufacturing, where 34 new accounts were added, and Director of Operations at Regency Homes. Additionally, Paul was Business Development Manager at Fleetwood Homes, directing strategies that secured 275 new accounts and $70 million in incremental revenue. Early in career, Paul gained substantial experience at Ford Motor Company as Sales Manager, focusing on new vehicle launch strategies and dealer distribution. Paul holds an MBA in Marketing and Finance from Illinois State University and a BA in Business Management from the University of Northern Iowa.
