Robert Jones III, MSM has diverse work experience spanning over several industries. Robert currently serves as a Client Experience Manager at Summit Hosting - Secure Cloud Hosting since September 2022. Previously, they held various roles at Full Sail University, including Online Student Liaison, Online Enrollment Guide, and Senior Online Student Liaison from March 2013 to September 2022. In 2008, Robert served as the Executive Director of Mentorship at Remnant Vision Community Development Corporation, where they played a crucial role in forming the Mentorship program and teaching life skills to mentees. Robert also worked as a Pharmacy Technician at Walgreens from April 2011 to March 2013. Robert's early career involved serving as a Claims Representative at the Social Security Administration from February 2005 to April 2010, where they assisted individuals with disability claims.

Robert Jones III, MSM has a Bachelor of Science degree in Exercise Biology from Wright State University, which they obtained from 1999 to 2004. Robert then pursued a Masters in Business Management from Colorado Technical University, completing it from 2005 to 2006. Later, in 2014, they also obtained a Master's Certificate in Internet Marketing from Full Sail University.
