Cynthia Tracy Sauers has over 25 years of work experience in the legal field. Cynthia Tracy began their career at Conley Rose & Tayon as a Senior IP Prosecution & Litigation Paralegal and Office Manager for the Austin office from 1992 to 1995. Cynthia Tracy then worked at Edens Snodgrass Nichols & Breeland as a Senior Corporate Law-Real Estate Paralegal from 1995 to 1997. Sauers continued their career at Locke Purnell Rain & Harrell as a Senior IP & Corporate Law Paralegal from 1997 to 1998. From 1998 to 2001, they worked as a Contract IP Prosecution & Litigation Paralegal & IP Trial Team Manager at Ajilon Legal/Paralegal Resource/Prescott Legal. Cynthia Tracy then joined Lloyd Gosselink Blevins Rochelle & Townsend, P.C. as a Senior Litigation Paralegal & Trial Team Manager for the Construction Litigation Section from 2001 to 2004. Sauers worked at Brown McCarroll as a Senior Litigation Paralegal for the Products Liability Litigation Section from 2004 to 2005. Cynthia Tracy then moved to Thompson Coe as a Senior Lead Litigation Paralegal & Trial Team Manager for the Products Liability Section from 2005 to 2006. Sauers joined Meyertons, Hood, Kivlin, Kowert & Goetzel, P.C. as a Senior IP Paralegal from 2006 to 2009. Finally, they worked at Thermo Fisher Scientific as the Manager of Legal Support Services & Senior IP Paralegal from 2009 to 2017. Currently, Sauers is employed at Summit Hotel Properties, Inc. as the Legal & Office Manager, a role they have been in since June 2019.

Cynthia Tracy Sauers began their education in 1989 by enrolling in the Honors Program at the University of Houston to study Political Science and Philosophy. However, their time at the university was only for a year as they started their studies at The University of Texas at Austin in 1991. Cynthia graduated from there in 1995 with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science. Cynthia Tracy then pursued further education in the field of law. From 1996 to 1998, Cynthia attended St. Mary's University School of Law, where they completed two years of the JD Degree Studies. Additionally, in 1989, they obtained a Paralegal Certificate from the Center for Advanced Legal Studies, indicating their interest in paralegal studies.
