Frank Guay

Director Of Manufacturing at Summit Industries

Frank Guay has a strong background in materials management and manufacturing. Frank started their career at Safety Socket Screw as a materials manager in 1984 and stayed until 1986. Frank then moved on to Norton Performance Plastics, where they worked as a plant manager from 1996 to 2000. In 2000, they joined SPX Filtran as the Director of Global Procurement, responsible for spend management and leading cost savings initiatives. Frank stayed with SPX Filtran until 2005. Frank then worked as a materials manager at Summit Industries from 2004 to 2005. In 2006, they joined Larsen as a materials manager and stayed there until 2007. Frank then worked at Del Medical Imaging as a materials manager from 2007 to 2011. From 2011 to 2016, Frank worked as a materials manager at Larsen Manufacturing LLC. Most recently, they have been working at Summit Industries as the Director of Manufacturing since July 2020.

From 1993 to 1996, Frank Guay attended the Quinlan School of Business at Loyola University Chicago, where they pursued an MBA degree in Operations Management.
