Clint Bailey

Clint Bailey is an experienced professional in materials and product development with a robust background in the outdoor and action sports industry. Currently serving as the Director of Materials, Trims & Color at The North Face since June 2019, Clint has previously held key positions at VF Corporation, including Director of Materials for Outdoor and Action Sports Apparel, Equipment & Accessories, as well as Director of Product Supply for Reef Footwear. Additional roles include Director of Materials for Footwear and Materials Director - Asia at Timberland. Clint's career began at Texon International, where extensive product development expertise was gained. Educational qualifications include a BA (Hons) in Business Management from Teesside University, obtained between 1996 and 2001.
