Hathaway Burden

Hathaway Burden is an experienced legal professional currently serving as a Partner at Summit Law Group since February 2020. Prior to this role, Hathaway worked as an Associate at Foster Garvey PC and Garvey Schubert Barer, and as a Law Clerk to the Honorable Mary Yu at the Washington State Supreme Court. Additional experience includes externing for the Honorable John Chun at King County Superior Court and holding positions such as Summer Associate and Judicial Intern. Hathaway also has a background in project management with the Center for Children & Youth Justice, focusing on reforms in juvenile justice and child welfare systems, and has held various internships, including with the American Bar Association's Rule of Law Initiative. Hathaway holds a BA in International Relations and Spanish from Hamilton College and a law degree from the University of Washington School of Law.
