Allison Horton

Allison Horton is an experienced human resources professional currently serving as the Director of Talent at Summit Leadership Partners since July 2024. Prior to this role, Allison held the position of VP of Human Capital at Riverstone Logistics from July 2021 to April 2024. Allison's career includes significant experience at Search Solution Group, where roles included Director of Talent & HR Operations, HR Recruiting Leader, and Executive Recruiter from November 2015 to July 2021. Earlier in the career, Allison worked at LOFT as Store Manager and Co-Manager of Talent & Operations from February 2013 to November 2015. Allison holds an MBA in International Business from Winthrop University, obtained between 2010 and 2012, and a BBA in Marketing from Francis Marion University, completed in 2010.
