Joseph Hager IV

Joseph Hager IV has extensive experience in land and right-of-way management, spanning over a decade in various leadership roles. Currently serving as an On-Site Land Agent at Summit Line Construction since March 2022, Joseph previously held positions such as Project Supervisor and Senior Right-of-Way Agent at Universal Field Services, Inc., and Senior Landman/Permit Lead at Universal Field Services. Additional experience includes roles as Field Supervisor at Latitude Land & Regulatory Services, Right of Way Manager at Gary Monroe and Associates, and Senior Right of Way Agent at Electrical Consultants Inc. Joseph's career also includes serving as President/Owner of JHHIV, Inc., and Site Acquisition Coordinator at Bechtel Corporation. Joseph holds an M.B.A. from Brenau University and a Bachelor's degree in General Studies from Valdosta State University.
