Brad Kinckiner, CSP has a wide range of experience in health, safety, and security. Brad began their career at the University of Kentucky as a Police Officer, where they provided quality police services to the campus community. Brad moved up the ranks to become a Police Corporal, Sergeant, and eventually a Police Lieutenant. In these roles, they supervised staff and coordinated emergency response activities.
After their time at the University of Kentucky, Brad joined American Water, where they served as the Corporate Director of Health and Safety. Brad supported 17 business units and over 6,400 employees in providing water and wastewater services. Additionally, they held roles as the Manager of Health and Safety Programs and Senior Specialist of Operational Risk Management.
Brad then joined Primo Water Corporation as the National Safety Director. Brad oversaw EHS and DOT compliance and implemented safety strategies across all lines of business.
Currently, Brad is the Vice President of Health, Safety, and Security at Summit Materials. Brad is responsible for enterprise safety, security, and crisis management at the vertically-integrated construction materials company.
Throughout their career, Brad Kinckiner has demonstrated a strong commitment to safety and leadership in various industries.
Brad Kinckiner, CSP, holds a Master of Science (M.S.) degree in Safety, Security, and Emergency Management from Eastern Kentucky University, which they acquired from 2011 to 2013. Prior to that, they also obtained a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Criminal Justice from Eastern Kentucky University, completed between 2005 and 2009. Additionally, they hold the certification of Certified Safety Professional from the Board of Certified Safety Professionals, which they obtained in June 2019.
