In 2015, they were promoted to Staffing Coordinator Team Lead, where they monitored the performance of Staffing Coordinators and provided feedback. In their most recent position at Summit Medical Staffing since December 2020, Tonya serves as the Director of Compliance, overseeing compliance-related matters for the organization.
