Tonya Webber

Tonya Webber has a diverse work experience in the medical staffing industry. Tonya started their career at Aureus Medical Group in 2002 as a Front Desk Team Lead, where they monitored and guided the front desk staff. Tonya then transitioned to the role of Staffing Coordinator, providing administrative support to a team of Account Managers. In this role, they conducted pre-placement calls to nurses and managed medical documentation. In 2015, they were promoted to Staffing Coordinator Team Lead, where they monitored the performance of Staffing Coordinators and provided feedback. In their most recent position at Summit Medical Staffing since December 2020, Tonya serves as the Director of Compliance, overseeing compliance-related matters for the organization.
