Dion J. Harris, PLA, is an accomplished landscape architect with extensive experience in residential, mixed-use, and commercial site planning and landscape design. Currently serving as a Landscape Architect at Summit Metro Parks since October 2018, Dion's previous roles include Project Manager and Senior Project Landscape Designer at POD Design, as well as Senior Project Landscape Associate/Site Planner at ka architecture. Expertise includes site analysis, design development, construction documentation, and client coordination across various sectors, including real estate, education, and parks and recreation. Dion holds a Master's degree in Urban Planning, Design, and Development from Cleveland State University and a Bachelor of Science in Landscape Architecture from The Ohio State University.

Summit Metro Parks
Established in 1921, Summit Metro Parks celebrated its centennial anniversary in 2021. The park district manages more than 15,000 acres throughout 16 parks, three nature centers and over 150 miles of trails, including 22 miles of the Ohio & Erie Canal Towpath Trail.
