James Bunnell

James Bunnell has a diverse work experience spanning several decades. James currently serves as the Chief Financial Officer at Summit Oaks Hospital, a position they have held since May 2021. Prior to this, they worked as a Controller at HealthSouth from August 2018 to May 2021.

Before joining HealthSouth, Bunnell held the role of Assistant Controller at Nj Urology Assoc from November 2016 to June 2018. In this position, they were responsible for accurate and timely financial reporting functions, providing analytical reports on financial activity and performance.

From December 2014 to November 2016, Bunnell worked at Altantic Medical Group/Atlantic Health System as a Finance Manager/Accounting Manager. James'sresponsibilities included creating profit and loss statements, ensuring accurate reporting under GAAP, and participating in finance team meetings. Prior to that, they served as an Accounting Manager at the same company from November 1999 to December 2014.

Bunnell's earlier work experience includes a role as Director Patient Services Finance at Saint Barnabas Healthcare System from 1996 to 1999 and as a Budget Analyst at the Department of Veteran Affairs from 1991 to 1996.

James Bunnell completed their Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from Seton Hall University between 1987 and 1991. Later, they pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) with a concentration in Finance from Monmouth University, from 1999 to 2003.
