Ricardo da Silva

Ricardo Da Silva is a seasoned professional in the hospitality and ticketing industries, currently serving as the Director of Box Office at SUMMIT One Vanderbilt since May 2021. Prior to this role, Ricardo held the position of Head Concierge at DDG for a brief period in late 2020, and extensive experience was gained at City Experts New York from November 2010 to March 2020. During time at City Experts, Ricardo progressed through several roles, ultimately becoming Director of Operations, where responsibilities included managing daily operations of 48 concierge desks with a 110-member team and driving sales and revenue growth through strategic initiatives. Previous positions also include Concierge Manager and Concierge Supervisor, where skills in team management and customer service were cultivated. Education was completed in São Paulo, Brazil.
