Becky Severson

Becky Severson has over 15 years of experience in the field of Human Resources. Becky is currently the Director of HR Operations at Summit Orthopedics, where they oversee talent acquisition, total rewards, and credentialing functions. Prior to this role, Becky worked as a Sr. HR Business Partner at Prime Therapeutics, providing operational HR support and guidance on employee relations and performance management. Becky also held various HR roles at HealthEast, including HR Strategy Manager, HR Business Partner Manager, and Senior HR Generalist/HR Business Partner. Earlier in their career, Becky served as the Human Resources Director and Human Resources Generalist at Cerenity Senior Care.

Becky Severson obtained a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree in Human Resources Management and Services from the University of Wisconsin-Eau Claire between 2002 and 2006.
