Kevin P. Mohan

Kevin is a Senior Advisor and former Managing Director of Summit Partners. He joined the firm in 1994 and served as a director of many companies.

Kevin's board directorships and investments include AMX Corporation, Blue Ocean Software (acquired by Intuit), CallTech Communications (acquired by Teleperformance USA), Focus Financial Partners, Liquidnet Holdings, Nomacorc (acquired by Global Leisure Partners), PeopleAdmin (acquired by Vista Equity Partners), Sage Telecom and Triton Systems (acquired by Dover Industries).

Prior to Summit, Kevin worked for McKinsey & Company and Harvard Management Company. He received an AB, magna cum laude, from Harvard University, an MBA from Harvard Business School and a JD, cum laude from Harvard Law School.
