Peter Y. Chung

Peter Chung is a seasoned executive with extensive experience in the investment and technology sectors. Since August 1994, Peter has served as Managing Director and CEO of Summit Partners. In addition, Peter holds board member positions at MACOM since December 2010, A10 Networks, Inc. since June 2013, and previously at Acacia Communications Inc. from May 2013 to March 2021. Peter began a career in finance as a Financial Analyst in the M&A Department at Goldman, Sachs & Co. from August 1989 to July 1992. Peter obtained an AB in Economics from Harvard University and an MBA from Stanford University Graduate School of Business.
