Summit Point Training Facility provides industry leading services through our 786 acre National Capital Region (NCR) facility to include world-class driving, firearms, emergency medical and related hard-skills training, along with research, development, test, evaluation, and integration support for a wide variety of Interagency, Law Enforcement, and specialized DoD customers.

Founded in 1976 as BSR, Summit Point Training Facility is the acknowledged world leader in Security Driving, highway safety, and performance driving training.

Our training courses are based on groundbreaking studies of auto-related terrorism incidents, feedback and intelligence from client alumni from around the world, and the expertise of our highly skilled and experienced training team.

Former and current clients who have relied upon our programs, facilities, and expertise include the U.S. military, local and state law enforcement agencies, numerous federal agencies including the U.S. Department of State Diplomatic Security Service, and the Governments of over 40 foreign countries.

The Operations and Safety team at Summit Point Training Facility is responsible for ensuring the seamless execution of all training programs and maintaining a safe environment for both staff and clients. This includes overseeing operational logistics, managing public safety protocols, maintaining training equipment and facilities, and implementing health and safety standards across the facility. The team works collaboratively to support and enhance the facility's world-class driving, firearms, and emergency medical training services.
