Fergal Flanagan

Fergal Flanagan has extensive experience in the banking industry, specializing in underwriting. Fergal began their career at California Bank & Trust in 2001, where they served as an AVP/Underwriter until 2015. In 2015, they joined Poppy Bank as a Vice President & Sr. Loan Underwriter, a role they held until 2018. More recently, they worked at Summit State Bank as a Vice President and Underwriting Manager, followed by a promotion to VP, Senior Underwriter from 2019 to 2022.

Fergal Flanagan attended Saint Mary's College of California from 1994 to 1999, where they studied Economics & Business Administration and obtained a Bachelor's degree.
