Shanon Tennant

Shanon Tennant is an experienced professional with a strong background in administrative and operational support. Currently serving as the Executive Assistant to the COO at Summit State Bank since July 2020, Shanon previously held the position of Administrative Assistant at Chateau Montelena Winery for nine years. Shanon's career began at Yahoo as a Contracts Associate, later advancing to HRIS Coordinator. Additionally, experience includes roles at Jackson Family Wines and Nelson Staffing Solutions, focusing on brand management, marketing coordination, and compliance. Shanon earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Sonoma State University between 1996 and 2000, following graduation from Westmont High School.
