Eric Dorn has held various roles in the manufacturing industry, beginning as a Customer Support Specialist & Inside Sales at The International Group. Eric then moved on to become a Production Planner at A.W. Mercer, Inc. Currently, Eric works as an Estimating/Manufacturing Customer Service Rep at Summit Steel and Manufacturing, where Eric processes customer orders, audits manufacturing work orders, and coordinates with production personnel for on-time delivery. Throughout their career, Eric has focused on improving data accuracy and customer service.
