Nikoletta Grampsa

Nikoletta Grampsa is a seasoned professional in human resources and recruitment, currently serving as a Team Building Event Facilitator at Summit since November 2024, focusing on transformative team building for Greek and multinational corporations. Prior to this, Nikoletta gained extensive experience at Stream from December 2021 to November 2024, where roles included Junior Recruiter and Recruitment Coordinator, managing the complete recruiting lifecycle and optimizing candidate experience. Experience also includes working with Mollie as a Talent Coordinator, contributing to talent acquisition at The Kraft Heinz Company, and supporting HR projects at Philips. Nikoletta holds a Master's degree in Human Resources Management from Tilburg University and a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from Athens University of Economics and Business, complemented by a Full-Stack Developer course completed in 2024.
