Katelyn Brinkman, LSSGB, CSM, is a Program and Project Manager with nearly 20 years of experience in leadership roles managing projects from inception to completion. Currently, Katelyn serves as a Salesforce Project Manager at Summit, where responsibilities include operational governance for healthcare-focused projects. Previously, Katelyn worked at Apple as a Change Management Project Manager, successfully overseeing global training initiatives and enhancing collaboration tools. Katelyn's background also encompasses roles in continuous improvement and customer service management, demonstrating a strong commitment to process improvement and change adoption. Katelyn is pursuing a Bachelor of Applied Science in Business Administration and Management Accounting at Mayville State University.
