M.D. Nazmul Huda

Md. Nazmul Huda has extensive work experience in the field of research and scientific analysis. Md. Nazmul currently holds the position of Principal Scientist at Summit Therapeutics since 2022. Prior to this, they worked at the University of California, Davis as a Postdoctoral Scholar from 2018 to 2022, where they performed bioinformatics analysis and genotype reconstruction. Md. Nazmul also served as a Graduate Student Researcher at the same university from 2010 to 2017, conducting various microbiota analysis and genetic studies. In addition, Md. Nazmul Huda worked as a Research Investigator at the International Center for Diarrhoeal Disease Research, Bangladesh (icddr,b) from 2012 to 2015, focusing on antibody production and T-cell analysis. Md. Nazmul started their career as a Research Officer at icddr,b in 2009, where they conducted zinc concentration analysis.

Md. Nazmul Huda completed a Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) in Biochemistry and Molecular Biology at the University of Dhaka from 2002 to 2006. Md. Nazmul then pursued a Master of Science (M.S.) in Biochemistry and Molecular Biology at the same institution from 2006 to 2008. Lastly, Md. Nazmul Huda obtained their Ph.D. in Nutritional Biology from the University of California, Davis, graduating in December 2017.
