Michael Duchynski is a physician with extensive experience in urgent care and emergency medicine. Since June 2014, Michael has worked at Summit Urgent Care & Occupational Medicine. Prior to this role, Michael was employed at Lourdes Health System from January 2014 to May 2014, and served as an Emergency Medicine Physician at Arnot Ogden Medical Center from July 2007 to July 2011. Michael holds a Doctor of Medicine degree from the Temple University - Lewis Katz School of Medicine, earned between 2000 and 2004, and a Bachelor of Science in Material Science and Engineering from Cornell University, completed in 1998.

Summit Urgent Care and Summit Occupational Medicine were opened by Dr. Barry Morgan in September of 2001. Our business has opened its doors every morning at 9 am since that date! We are available to deal with minor emergencies every day of the year, without appointments and without the long waits common to the emergency departments at hospitals. The founder, Dr. Morgan, says, “Service is a priority. We realize that patients have many choices. We try to do the best job at what we do. We try to make people feel welcome when they come to our facility. When they leave we want them to think that they have received quality care in an efficient and compassionate manner.”
