Jeffrey Graff

Jeffrey Graff, M.S., LPC, LAC, is the owner and counselor at LexTy Counseling Behavioral Health Center, where services include treatment for substance use disorders, marriage and family counseling, trauma, PTSD, depression, and anxiety since May 2019. Additionally, Jeffrey has served as an outpatient mental health and substance use counselor at SummitStone Health Partners since August 2019. Jeffrey holds a Master of Science in Mental Health/Addiction Counseling from Colorado State University and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Ohio University.
