Sahil Bhat started their work experience in 2015 as an O&M Engineer at New Allied Traders, where they worked from July to December. In 2016, they joined Summitworks Technologies as a Technical Recruiter/OPT Hiring professional. In this role, they demonstrated their knowledge of recruiting processes, conducted full life-cycle recruiting, and effectively communicated with the Recruitment Manager regarding requirement needs.
