David Bailey

David Bailey, Ph.D. has extensive experience in business development and licensing within the gaming industry. From 2014 to 2019, they served as the Business Development Manager at FortuneFish Ltd. In this role, they were responsible for developing new business opportunities. In 2019, they joined Games Workshop Ltd as the Senior Licensing Manager, where they focused on video game licensing and played a crucial role in new business development, marketing, and contract drafting. Recently, in 2021, they joined Sumo Group as the Business Affairs Director.

David Bailey, Ph.D. holds a Doctorate (PhD) in Sustainable Architectural Engineering - Pre-fabricated Housing from the University of Nottingham, which they obtained from 2010 to 2016. Prior to their Ph.D., they earned a Master of Science (M.Sc.) in Sustainable Energy and Entrepreneurship from the same university in 2010. David also holds a Bachelor of Engineering (B.Eng.) in Architectural Environment Engineering from the University of Nottingham, which they completed from 2006 to 2009.
