Stacey Smith

Stacey Smith has a wealth of experience in the IT industry. Stacey is currently the Head of IT Service Delivery at Sumo Group, a role they have held since March 2022. Prior to this, Stacey was the Head of IT Operations at Sumo Group from March 2021 to April 2022. Before joining Sumo Group, they worked at Civica as a Customer Support Manager from October 2020 to March 2021. Stacey also served as the Group ICT Manager at Heras from June 2015 to March 2020. Stacey has also held various IT roles at The Mid Yorkshire Hospitals NHS Trust, Shelter UK, Heras, DENSO, Lloyds Banking Group, and Morrisons. Throughout their career, Stacey has gained expertise in IT service delivery, operations, customer support, and IT management.

Stacey Smith attended Ossett School from 1998 to 2003. Stacey has also obtained several certifications including QA Certified GDPR Foundation and Practitioner from APMG International in 2018, Business and Administration Level 2 from Vision2learn in 2017, SDI Service Desk Manager from APMG International in 2016, Software Manager from Crayon in 2016, ITIL Foundation in IT Service Management from AXELOS Global Best Practice in 2016, PRINCE 2 Foundation in Project Management from AXELOS Global Best Practice in 2016, and PRINCE 2 Practitioner in Project Management from AXELOS Global Best Practice in March 2016.
