Mai Duong is a seasoned compensation professional with extensive experience in compensation analysis and benefits management. Currently serving as a Senior Compensation Analyst at Sumo Logic since April 2022, Mai has previously held positions as a Compensation Analyst at Square and a Senior Compensation & Benefits Analyst at Guidewire Software. In earlier roles at Dolby Laboratories and SS&C Advent, Mai managed various compensation programs and conducted market analyses to inform HR strategies. Mai Duong holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Colgate University.
