Mike Duong is an experienced project manager and strategic operations leader with a diverse background in managing client engagements across various industries. Currently serving as Director, People Project Manager & Strategic Operations at Sumo Logic since July 2022, Mike previously operated as Owner of Project Management Solutions from October 2017 to June 2022, where strategic analysis and implementation of operational improvements for clients were key responsibilities. Mike's expertise includes senior project management roles at MongoDB and Marketo, where comprehensive client engagements and cross-functional collaboration were pivotal. Earlier experience at FOX Sports Interactive and The Walt Disney Company involved leading project management offices and transforming methodologies, showcasing a strong capacity for process optimization and leadership. Mike holds dual degrees in Urban Planning and Visual Arts from UC San Diego and furthered education at Harvard University Graduate School of Design.
