Nello Franco

Nello Franco currently serves as the Chief Customer Officer at Sumo Logic, overseeing global customer adoption, success, and retention across the product portfolio. Previously, Nello held the role of Global VP, CE&S at Entrust, where responsibilities included managing product adoption and revenue generation post-acquisition. Nello has extensive experience in customer success leadership roles, including as Chief Customer Officer at Onfido, where achievements encompassed implementing key performance metrics for customer success and support. Prior positions include Managing Director at Vista Equity Partners, SVP of Global Customer Success at Talend, and Senior Vice President at Lyris, with a track record of driving revenue growth and reducing churn. Nello has contributed to customer success initiatives as a member of the Customer Success Advisory Board at TSIA and through various advocacy efforts.
