Alena Kovaleva

Alena Kovaleva is a Learning and Development Manager at Sumsub since August 2024, with extensive experience in instructional design and training management. Previously, Alena served as Learning Team Lead at ABBYY from October 2020 to August 2024, where responsibilities included initiating a data-driven content strategy to enhance student satisfaction for online programs. Prior roles included Instructional Designer positions at Careerum and iiko, where Alena focused on material development and the implementation of an e-learning system. Alena's career began at ABBYY, where as Lead Training Specialist from December 2013 to November 2019, Alena created comprehensive training materials and conducted extensive training sessions globally. Alena holds a Master’s degree in Computer Technology from the National Research Nuclear University MEPhI and a Bachelor's degree in Applied Informatics from Saint Petersburg State University.
