Israel Roman has extensive experience in project execution and manufacturing across various organizations, currently serving as the Director of Project Execution at Sun Action Trackers since August 2014, overseeing diverse aspects including manufacturing, project management, and quality for multiple large-scale solar projects. Previously, Israel held the position of Production Director at ERCAM Trackers LLC, managing purchasing, logistics, and production planning. With a strong background in production control at Takumi Stamping Texas Inc., Israel progressed from Production Control Specialist to Manager of Production Control, demonstrating expertise in customer communication and production planning. Israel’s career commenced in the U.S. Army as a Combat Engineer, with an academic foundation that includes an MBA and certifications in Six Sigma and Quality Control from Purdue University Northwest and DePaul University.
