Kelly Anne Schiefer

Kelly Anne Schiefer has a diverse work experience that spans several industries. Kelly Anne started their career in 2011 as an intern at Quiksilver, where they gained valuable experience shadowing a store manager. In 2012, they interned for the Roxy and Quiksilver Buying Department.

From 2012 to 2013, Schiefer worked as an Assistant Manager at Vineyard Vines, where they developed training materials for visual standards and implemented contests to motivate employees and increase sales.

In 2013, they joined Deckers Outdoor Corporation as a Visual Merchandising Manager at UGG Australia. Kelly Anne'sresponsibilities included training team members in visual standards and assisting the Store Manager with managerial duties. Kelly Anne also served as a traveling visual coordinator for new store openings.

In 2014, Schiefer took on the role of a Surf Instructor at CHICABRAVA, where they provided surf instruction and shared their knowledge of the ocean, surf conditions, safety, and equipment with clients.

From 2014 to 2015, they worked at Luv Surf Apparel as a Marketing and Strategic Partnerships Manager. In this role, they were responsible for various tasks, such as social media marketing, managing partnerships, creating a successful brand ambassador program, and overseeing athlete sponsorships. Kelly Anne also represented the brand at trade shows and served as a visual coordinator and merchandiser.

Since 2016, Schiefer has been working at Sun Bum. Kelly Anne has held various roles, including Customer Service Representative, Customer Service Coordinator, Customer Service and Sales Support Manager, Global Retailer and Sales Support Manager, Senior Manager of Global Retailer and Sales Support, and Director of Global Specialty Retailer and Sales Support. Kelly Anne'scurrent role is Customer Fulfillment Director - Global Specialty Operations.
