Taylor Chase is a seasoned human resources professional with extensive experience in dynamic environments, focusing on talent acquisition, employee relations, and organizational development. Taylor has held pivotal roles such as Director of People and Culture at Sun Bum and Principal People Partner at Calendly. Previously, Taylor served as HR Director at both WestAir Gases & Equipment and Seismic, where they drove HR programs and fostered employee engagement. Taylor holds a Bachelor of Arts in International Business from San Diego State University and is currently pursuing an HR Management Certification from the University of California, San Diego.
