Wafi Chalid Abdat

Wafi Chalid Abdat has extensive work experience in the field of external and government affairs, communications, government relations, issue management, and policy advocacy. Wafi started their career as a ComDev Officer at Lapindo Brantas Inc in 2003 and worked there until 2009. Wafi then joined Chevron in 2009, where they held various roles such as Communications Specialist/Government Relations Specialist, Government Relations Specialist, and Issue Management Specialist. From 2021 to 2022, they worked at Pertamina Hulu Rokan as a Senior Analyst for Policy Advocacy and Issue Management. Currently, they serve as the Head of External and Government Affairs at Sun Cable since November 2022.

Wafi Chalid Abdat pursued a Bachelor's degree in Business/Corporate Communications from the London School of Public Relations from 1999 to 2002.
