Georgios Liaptsis

Georgios Liaptsis is a seasoned professional in the field of technology management and engineering, currently serving as the Senior Technology Manager for Pigments at Sun Chemical since May 2022, where responsibilities include managing strategic projects and innovation initiatives. Prior to this role, Georgios held various positions at CYNORA from July 2013 to May 2022, including Vice President Device Engineering and Group Leader Device, focusing on technical strategy development, M&A support, and leading multidisciplinary teams in device physics and fabrication. Georgios began a career in academia at the University of Cologne, earning a Dr. rer. nat. in Physical Chemistry while conducting research on organic semiconductors and OLED applications.
