Jennifer Dewey

Jennifer Dewey, PHR has a diverse work experience in the field of human resources. Jennifer is currently a Founding Member of Hacking HR's Expert Council since January 2022. Prior to that, they worked as the Global Talent Management Director at Sun Chemical starting in October 2021. From January 2020 to July 2021, they served as a Project Lead at BASF Colors & Effects GmbH. Before that, Jennifer held various roles at BASF Colors & Effects USA LLC, including Global Talent Management and Human Resources Business Partner from August 2018 to July 2021, and HR Manager from July 2013 to February 2016. Jennifer also worked as the Manager, Recruitment Asia-Pacific at BASF from October 2011 to July 2013 and as a University Recruitment Specialist from October 2008 to October 2011. Earlier in their career, Jennifer was a Campus Recruiter and a Sr. Staffing Associate at Prudential Financial in 2008 and a Recruiting Coordinator at Hewitt Associates from 2006 to 2007.

Jennifer Dewey, PHR holds a Master's degree in Human Resource Development from Villanova University, which they obtained from 2010 to 2012. Jennifer also has a Bachelor's degree in Counseling and Human Services from the University of Scranton, completed from 2000 to 2004. In addition to their education, Jennifer has obtained certifications in Crucial Conversations from VitalSmarts and Insights Discovery from Insights. Jennifer also holds a certification as a Professional in Human Resources (PHR), which they obtained in 2012.
