Joey Turner

Joey Turner possesses over three decades of experience in operations management, currently serving as the Senior Regional Operations Manager at Sun Chemical since September 1992. In this role, Joey oversees the planning and execution of annual operating plans for six manufacturing plants in North America, collaborating closely with Plant Managers to ensure resource availability. Prior experience includes key positions such as Plant Manager, where responsibilities encompassed legal compliance and quality management, and Lean Sigma Master Black Belt, overseeing continuous improvement initiatives across nine plants. Additional roles held at Sun Chemical include Certified Six Sigma Black Belt, Production Superintendent, Assistant Plant Manager, and Production Supervisor. Prior experience also includes production supervisory roles at Reckitt & Colman and Sara Lee Foods. Joey holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Operations Management from Indiana University Bloomington.
