Juan José Salazar Aguado

Juan José Salazar Aguado has a diverse work experience in the logistics and customer service field. Juan José currently holds the position of Head of Customer Service and Logistics at Sun Chemical, starting in October 2022. Prior to this, they worked at Flint Group for over a decade, where they held various roles including Logistics Manager, Warehouse Logistics Manager, Demand Planner, and Customer Service Manager. Juan José also worked as a Customer Service Manager at Masterpack in 2001. Juan José Salazar Aguado has consistently delivered results aligned with strategic objectives in areas such as customer service, inventory management, demand planning, and production planning.

Juan José Salazar Aguado received a Certified Leader certificate in Customer Service from the Service Quality Institute in 2022-2023. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor of Business Administration - BBA degree in General Business Administration and Management from UTEL Universidad between 2020 and 2022. In 1990-1992, Juan José also obtained a Constancia in Computer Systems Engineering from ITESM CEM.
