Tim Behrendt

Tim Behrendt has worked in various roles and companies throughout their career. Tim started in 1984 as a Planning Commissioner at Clark County Planning, where they held hearings on zoning applications, use permits, and variances. Tim then moved on to MDL Group in 1997, working as Vice President until 2013. In the same year, they joined Sun Commercial Real Estate as Vice President and also took on the role of Broker/Salesman with a PM Permit.

Tim Behrendt completed their Bachelor of Arts degree in Geology at Drake University from 1976 to 1978. Subsequently, from 1997 to 2002, they attended All the CCIM Basic Courses for Real Estate Finance, Development, and Professional Career.
