Ann Marie Ybarra has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. Ann Marie started their career as the President and Project Manager of Ybarra Construction Company from 1997 to 2005. Following that, they worked as a Field Representative at United American Insurance Company from 2007 to 2008. In 2004, they founded Wolverine Turf Development Inc. and held the role of President and Project Manager until 2011.

From 2012 to 2014, Ann Marie Ybarra pursued their Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree at Baker College Center for Graduate Studies. During this time, they also worked as a Student.
