Cam Elisa Melbardis

Elisa Melbardis has several years of experience in property management. ELISA worked as a Community Manager at Sun Communities & Sun RV Resorts from November 2018. Prior to that, they were a Manager at Winston Trails Lake Worth Florida from February 2017 to January 2018, where they were responsible for managing a 1,100 home community and overseeing the physical and financial operations. From October 2013 to December 2017, Elisa worked as an Assistant Manager/Bookkeeper at Epoch Residential, where they co-managed a multi-million dollar mid-rise community and assisted in maximizing income opportunities. Before that, they were a Community Property Manager at RHP Properties from May 2011 to October 2013, responsible for the physical and financial operation of 464 manufactured homes sites. Elisa started their career as a Leasing - Assistant Community Manager at Aimco Apartment Homes from October 2006 to May 2010, where they collected rent and resolved residents' complaints.

Elisa Melbardis has a diverse education background. In 1991, they received their high school diploma from Jane Addams VHS, where they studied Business Administration and Management, General. In 2001, they attended the New York School of Interior Design and focused on Interior Design for two years. Most recently, in 2018, Elisa pursued further education in Management by completing the CAM - Certified Apartment Manager program at the National Apartment Association. This certification was obtained in June of that year.
