Anamika Varma started their career as a Tax Accountant at PlanteMoran in 2010 where they worked until 2015. Anamika then moved on to Plastipak Packaging, Inc. in 2015 as a Senior Tax Accountant before joining Sun Communities & Sun RV Resorts in 2016. At Sun Communities, they initially served as a Tax Manager until 2020 when they were promoted to the position of Tax Director.

Anamika Varma completed their Master of Science in Taxation (MST) at Walsh College from 2007 to 2009. Anamika also obtained the Certified Public Accountant (CPA) designation from the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants. Additionally, Anamika Varma holds a Chartered Accountant (CA) degree from The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India.
