Nick Dibella

Nick DiBella has a diverse work experience in the real estate industry. Nick started their career as a Financial Analyst at On Assignment, Inc. from 2004 to 2006, where they assessed sales and profit growth, tracked management reporting systems, and oversaw annual planning and budgeting.

From 2007 to 2008, DiBella worked as a Regional Accountant II at Sun Communities, Inc. Nick was responsible for overseeing the accounting of 31 properties with $76M in revenue and assisting with annual planning and budgeting.

In 2008, DiBella joined American Residential Communities as a District Manager. Nick oversaw a district of 17 communities, 3,001 sites, and $11.0M in net operating income.

Since 2013, DiBella has been working at Sun Communities & Sun RV Resorts. Nick started as a Regional Vice President, responsible for the Operations and Sales supervision of a portfolio of 'class A' RV resorts across the country. In 2016, they were promoted to Divisional Vice President, where they oversaw the RV/Campground Division of 58 resorts across 18 states and Ontario, Canada.
