Stephanie Martin has a diverse work experience in the marketing and communications field. Stephanie started their career in 2005 as a Marketing and Publicity Intern at The Angellotti Company, where they gained experience in various aspects of business and assisted with marketing campaigns. In 2008, they became a PR Coordinator at 104 West Partners, specializing in technology growth companies. Stephanie then joined Taste of the Nation Arizona as a Chair, where they organized a large tasting event to support the No Kid Hungry campaign. In the same year, they joined Carefree Communities as a Marketing Manager, where they demonstrated expertise in real estate sales, brand management, and digital marketing. Most recently, Stephanie has been working at Sun Communities & Sun RV Resorts since 2016, initially as a Marketing Manager for Sun Homes, Sales Division, and currently as a Sales and Marketing Strategy Manager, responsible for developing and executing strategic marketing initiatives.

Stephanie Martin began their education in 2001 at Northern Arizona University, where they pursued a Bachelor's degree in Advertising with a focus on Communications. Stephanie also simultaneously studied Public Relations, further expanding their knowledge in the field of Communications. In the same year, Stephanie briefly attended the Universitat d'Alacant, where they studied Spanish Language and Culture in Alicante, Spain.

After a gap of several years, Stephanie resumed their education in 2008, enrolling at Grand Canyon University. Currently, they are pursuing a Master's in Business Administration (MBA) with a specialization in Marketing.
