Allison Koschnick

Allison Koschnick currently serves as the Director of Commercial Transactions in the Legal department at Sun Country Airlines since September 2023. Previously, from October 2015 to September 2023, Allison held the position of Vice President of Aviation Legal at Castlelake, where responsibilities included managing aviation transactions, negotiating large-scale sale and leaseback transactions, and overseeing contractual risks. Allison's earlier roles at Castlelake included Transaction Manager, where negotiation of aviation-related contracts was key, and Legal Coordinator, focusing on corporate governance and compliance. Allison's legal career began as a Legal Assistant at Kaplan, Strangis and Kaplan, P.A., supporting attorneys in various legal transactions. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor's degree in Sociology with a minor in Criminal Justice from the University of Wisconsin-La Crosse and a Post Baccalaureate Paralegal Certificate from the Minnesota School of Business.
