Erica Dowdy is an accomplished financial professional with extensive experience in accounting and administration, currently serving as the Vice President of Innovation and Administration at Sun Country Builders since March 2019. Prior roles include Director of Accounting at ECP Commercial, where oversight of a 50-property portfolio and comprehensive financial reporting were key responsibilities. Previous positions also encompass roles such as Accounting Manager at The Irish Setters and Controller at Carczar, LLC, demonstrating a strong background in cash management, budgeting, and corporate financial reporting. Erica holds a Master of Science in Accounting from San Diego State University and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from California State University San Marcos.
